Itinerary
- 07:00 - Our agency's driver arrives in Dubrovnik at the main bus station or at a previously agreed location. From there the journey heads across the border towards our base camp, set in the very heart of the Tara River canyon, with beautiful surroundings to enjoy along the way. - 11:00 - 11:30 - Arrival at our camp, a welcome drink, followed by a short introduction to paddling technique and the safety procedures, which your guide (skipper) will explain to you. - 12:00 - 15:00 - 16:00 - The rafting begins at Brštanovica through the famous Tara canyon towards Šćepan Polje, lasting 3-4 hours (depending on water levels), with short breaks for photos, refreshment, rock jumping and swimming, as well as a visit to Tara's coldest stream, Šipčanica. Stop with short breaks at the most beautiful rapids and waterfalls. - 15:00 - 16:00 - 17:00 - After the rafting, we return to our base camp where a traditional organic lunch is served, and after lunch your tour ends and our driver will take you back to Dubrovnik. You can also extend this tour with an additional overnight stay at our Encijan camp, in a unique oasis of peace and hedonism on a half-board basis, or combine it with any of the other tours from our offer.
