Arrangement D9 – Jeep safari & via ferrata Durmitor (one day)

After accepting the guests at the agreed location, such as our agency Encijan in the city Foca or our camp in the very heart of the Tara canyon in the morning hours (recommended time between 9h-10h), the next is a transport to the destination.

after that you will be prepared and packed for the mountain mountain adventure in jeep safari tours called “Durmitor Ring”. The jeep safari tour itself will take place over Crkvicko Polje, Trsa, Sedlena greda and all the way to Zabljak. On this way we are going to see a lot of Durmitor peaks. Beside Prutaš, Bobotov kuk and Sedlena greda, which are impressive to see, the whole NP “Durmitor” territory characteristic is by the great number of glacial lakes..Take your camera and create memories which will never be forgotten. At one of this viewpoints, a lunch in the nature will be organized for all participants.Choose to see this natural wonder of the world in a different way:in the back of jeep and enjoy the most beautiful panoramic viewpoint “Štuoc”, which is also the most beautiful viewpoint on Tara canyon.Jeep tours give you the possibility of driving in Durmitor areas and roads in high quality and modern terrain vehicles. Durmitor Ring tour is a great way to see multiple mountain peaks at once, without spending too much time and energy. This magnificent road will surprise you over and over again with its breathtaking views, authentic villages and untouched nature, The way of life is the same for hundred of years. The Durmitor ring ride would be an unforgettable for all nature lovers.

Via ferrata starts at an altitude of 2000 m and ends at 2198 m. A great number of peaks can can be seen from Durmitor. One of them is Mount Vojnik. A 10 mins easy walk will take you to the Uvite greda which is located in the very heart of national park is a start of this adventure. A great view from the rock called Uvita greda can’t be forgotten.Wild animals such as boars, hares, wild goats are just a part of a wildlife which is visible if you go on Via Ferrata. Except your own sneakers, each participant get alpine equipment. And is guided by experienced guides.

You can also expand this arrangement with an additional night at our Encijan camp in the unique oasis of peace and hedonism combined with half board or with all other arrangements from our offer.
