Arrangement D8 – Piva lake cruises (one day)

After accepting guests for an arrangement in the morning hours (the recommended arrival time is until 10 am), the next is a half-hour drive to the small mountain town Pluzine, located on the Piva lake coast, where the cruise will start. On the way to Pluzine we will pass through the impressive Tara river canyon which is surrounded with beautiful and landscape and the steep cliffs of the canyon. In the canyon itself, we find ourselves inside of very impressive structure, such as an impressive bridge on Piva lake whose height is over 100 m. We will also cross fascinating Mratinje hydroelectric dam which is 220 meters high.

Upon arrival at the starting point in Plužine, we will board in tourist boats and after short instructions we will start a cruise to Pivalake and its numerous, beautiful sleeves, such as the grate “Resetka”, “Zapisnik”, “Mioč”, “Kruševo”. In the three-hour Piva lake cruise in certain and specific locations, we will make a break for swimming, photos and refreshments. From time to another we will debark on the shore and walk to the nearby viewpoints. And on the halfway, we will debark in ethno camp “Tisina”, where we will make one-hour break for lunch and refreshment.

In the afternoon hours, after three hour driving, we will land at the starting point in Plužine. After debark, we have secured and organized lunch in a nearby ethno restaurant on shore of the lake. There you will try local and traditional meals such as “grilled roast trout “freshly fished from the lake. Grilled vegetables, homemade bread, cheese, will make this trout more tasteful. This arrangement will end around 3 p.m. If you decide to see the lake from another perspective, you can upgrade this arrangement with a unique bird view – go on a zip line.

You can also expand this arrangement with an additional night at our Encijan camp in the unique oasis of peace and hedonism combined with half board or with all other arrangements from our offer.
