PRICELESS !!!
We were delighted first time we came here, and second we were overwhelmed again. Encijan is arranged and clean but still wild, without exaggerating – a real fairy tale.
The Tara river rises on the Montenegrin mountain Komovi and flows through the deepest canyon in Europe, and the second-deepest in the world after the Colorado.
The Tara river canyon is 82 km long and its deepest point reaches an impressive 1,300 metres. It has been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1980.
The Tara is also known as "The Tear of Europe" for its crystal-clear water, which can be drunk straight from the river. With 83 fish species – the most famous being the Tara stream trout – the Tara is a true paradise for nature lovers.
Throughout last season we received positive feedback from our guests every single day, and our work and dedication did not go unnoticed. When we least expected it, the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence arrived.
